We got off to a later than anticipated start but we were off by 8:30 AM. It took 5 hours through the snow to reach Hartford, Ct. Then the roads were much better and the snow stopped. Less than 5 more hours to NJ. We didn't make it to Cherry Hill as we had hoped due to the 10 hour white knuckle drive to get out of New England. We are trying to do all driving during daylight hours, so we pulled into the Elks Lodge in Warren, NJ. The nice folks here gave us a level spot to stay the night in and an electrical plug to connect to. Just another great benefit of elk membership!
Sandi is cooking a chicken stir fry and after dinner we'll go inside the lodge to socialize (drink). We don't have a wi fi signal here which is why I am filing this report late,but I can get three tv channels with my antenna.
